This video shows how JRPanel engineers do the production drawing of a membrane switch. Usually, we draw it 1:1 according to th actual size using CDR, AI or CAD. First, we outline the panel area. Then we design the layout based on the buttons/keys quantity. The most used pitches are of 2.54mm and 1.0mm. We will use green color to cover the tail cable as insulating oil. In the end, we would like to use the dotted lines to mark the embossed buttons.
