After the punching and blanking process is completed, it enters the next process. Different workpieces enter the corresponding process according to the processing requirements. There are bending, pressure riveting, flanging tapping, spot welding, etc.

 

Sometimes after one or two steps of bending, nuts or studs should be pressed well. Among them, the place where the mold has convex hull and step difference should be processed first to avoid interference will occur after other processes are processed first. So the processing technology of the parts must be determined in advance to avoid unnecessary mistakes.

After the surface pretreatment, it enters the spraying process. When the workpiece is sprayed after assembly, the hole on the workpiece is sealed with a paper roll inside the workpiece. It is fixed with a high temperature resistant tape to prevent it from being sprayed inside the workpiece during spraying.

 

Some large-volume workpieces also use tooling protection. Some workpieces have strict surface quality requirements. They need to be scraped before spraying. When spraying, first hang the workpiece on the assembly line, and use the air pipe to blow off the dust on the surface. After spraying, enter the drying area along the assembly line. Finally remove the sprayed workpiece from the assembly line.

 

It enters the assembly process after spraying. Before assembly, the protective sticker used in the original spraying should be torn off to make sure that the internal threaded holes of the parts are not sprinkled with paint or powder. During the whole process, gloves should be worn to avoid dust on the hands. On the workpiece, some workpieces have to be blown clean with an air gun.
