Do not let the acrylic panel be scratched during the cleaning.

Acrylic products are easy to crack. You should pay attention to surface protection when using it. If the product is not very damaged, you can use IPS adhesive / dichloromethane-based adhesive or quick-drying agent to repair.

Acrylic has a large thermal expansion coefficient, so consider temperature changes when placing or fixing it. Leave enough space for expansion and contraction.

6. Proper polishing

If you want the acrylic product to be bright and shiny, you can use liquid polishing wax, and just wipe it with a soft cloth.

Acrylic panels are not as hard as glass. They are made of organic materials, also called plexiglass, which is a composite material. Therefore, maintain them well when using acrylic panels. If it's not clean on the surface due to poor maintenance, how should you clean it?

For daily cleaning, just use a wet cotton towel or newspaper. If there are stains, use a cotton towel dipped in an appropriate amount of white wine or beer, warm vinegar, toothpaste, dish soap, onion slices, and residual tea to wipe away. In addition, You can also use cleaning agents, but be careful not to use solutions with strong acid and alkali.

Using plastic wrap and a damp rag sprayed with detergent can also "rejuvenate" acrylic products that are often stained with oil. Spray the acrylic product with cleaning fluid on all sides, and then put a plastic wrap on it to soften the condensed oil stains. After 10 minutes, tear off the plastic wrap, and clean it with a wet cloth.

Once acrylic products with patterns become dirty, you can use a soft-bristled toothbrush dipped in cleaning fluid. Clean them in a circular motion along the pattern to remove the stain.

In addition, you can also drop some kerosene on the acrylic products, or use chalk dust and gypsum powder dipped in water to apply on the acrylic products to dry. Then wipe them with a clean cloth or cotton, so that the acrylic products are clean and bright.

If the acrylic panel is severely scratched, save it with professional polishing equipment before cleaning. It can be repaired with dioxymethane adhesive. Otherwise, you clean the product more, the scratches will be clear.
