The rapid development of the mobile phone, electronics, and communication industries has promoted the continuous growth and rapid growth of the PCB industry. People have higher and higher requirements for the number of layers, weight, precision, materials, colors, and reliability of components. However, due to fierce market price competition, PCB material costs are also on a rising trend, and more and more manufacturers are monopolizing the market with low prices in order to enhance their core competitiveness. However, behind the ultra-low price is the reduction of material costs and process manufacturing costs. Devices are usually prone to cracks and scratches, and their precision, performance and other comprehensive factors are not up to the standard, which seriously affects the solderability and reliability of the products used.
There are many kinds of PCBs on the market, and there are two ways to distinguish the quality of PCBs. The first method is to judge from the appearance, and the other is to judge from the quality specification requirements of the PCB itself.
The thickness of the circuit board is different from that of the standard circuit board. Customers can measure and check the thickness and specifications of their own products.
The external circuit board is covered with ink, which can play the role of insulation. If the gloss of the board is low and the ink is less, then the circuit board is not good.
There are many parts on the circuit board. If the soldering is not good, the parts will fall off easily. This seriously affects the soldering quality of the circuit board.
1. The line width, line thickness, and line distance of the circuit meet the requirements to avoid line heating, open circuit, and short circuit;
2. The copper skin is not easy to fall off under high temperature;
3. The copper surface is not easy to oxidize, otherwise it will affect the installation speed. It breaks shortly after oxidation;
4. No additional electromagnetic radiation;
5. The shape is not deformed, and there is no dislocation of the screw holes. The current installation is mechanized, and the hole position and deformation error of the circuit board should be within the allowable range;
6. High temperature, high humidity and special use environment should be considered;
7. The mechanical properties of the surface must meet the installation requirements.
