12 Exit Criteria for Finished Membrane Switches in JRPanel

At JRPanel, we are obliged to bring the highest quality membrane switch panel products to our customers.

In addition to selecting the highest quality raw materials, our engineers will conduct a final quality inspection on the products before packaging the finished products. So what criteria does JRPanel use to judge whether the membrane switch product meets the market standards? Today we will share with you 12 12 exit criteria in JRPanel.

Criterion 1

Open circuit, short circuit:

No open or short circuit phenomenon in the conductor is allowed.

Criterion 2

Conductor:

There must be no fingerprints or foreign objects on the circuit. The conductor should be uniform and smooth.

Criterion 3

Ink:

Make sure that the ink completely covers the silver paste, and there should be no obvious protruding of the silver paste.

Criterion 4

Up and down circuit position offset:

The allowable tolerance for the mutual offset of the center positions of the switch contacts of the upper and lower circuits is ±0.2mm.

Criterion 4

Criterion 5

Material:

Substrate, silver paste, ink, interlayer, surface glue, back glue, reinforcement board, insulation printing should meet the requirements of the drawings.

Criterion 6

Shape:

The shape, conductor circuit, insulation treatment, etc. should comply with the drawings and be consistent with the physical samples provided by the customer.

Criterion 7

Punching flash and die extrusion size:

Punching flash and extrusion size should not be greater than 0.2mm.

Criterion 8

Switch contact point:

No insulating ink , and the insulating ink surface should be flat, avoiding any defects such as bubbles or pinholes.

Criterion 8

Criterion 9

Defects such as burrs:

There should be no residual material scraps, foreign bodies, stains, and burrs on the surface.

Criterion 10

Physical scratches and cuts:

No scratches and cuts on the surface and the inside. The scratches are easy to stay on the surface of the carbon ink, but they cannot affect the circuit conduction.

Criterion 11

Insulation surface:

After the insulating ink has dried, put the other sides against each other, and after heavy pressing for 24 hours, make sure that the insulating surfaces do not touch each other.

Criterion 12

Jumpers:

All jumpers are in accordance with the requirements of line conductors, and all jumper products must pass 100% open, short circuit and insulation resistance tests. At the same time, the insulation resistance should be greater than 500MΩ.
