The wet abrasion tester is usually called a scrubbing, abrasion and washing durability tester, which is designed to determine the abrasion resistance of surface coatings and test detergent performance (testing in an accelerated manner). Many surfaces require this intense accelerated wear test in order to cope with long-term and variable surface conditions. The wet abrasion tester can provide more accurate test conditions, give reproducible results, and is comparable.

Main Features：

1.The machine adopts air cooling and 1/8 horsepower electric motor. For dangerous situations, please use air drive.

2.The machine can start or stop the test machine according to the stroke of the brush: equipped with a five-digit preset counter, after setting, it can run automatically without taking care of it.

3.The traverse guide rod is equipped with a protective strip, which can prevent the internal mechanism of the machine from being damaged and prevent accidental intrusion of foreign objects.

4.The detergent is accurately dosed onto the brush by an adjustable peristaltic pump. This pump is specially designed so that the pump and detergent will not contaminate each other.

5.The stroke length can be adjusted from 100 to 300mm in 50mm increments.

6.A 6mm thick glass plate is installed on the stainless steel top plate, which is flat and corrosion-resistant. The body is equipped with a fan to cool the motor and prevent heat from accumulating on the surface of the test area.
