The thin layer chromatograph is a special spectrophotometer that can scan the spots. It uses visible light or ultraviolet light as the light source, linear scanning or zigzag scanning of the spots after the thin layer plate is unfolded, and the spots absorb the monochromatic light of the characteristic wavelength of the component. The remaining monochromatic light is transmitted or reflected or emits fluorescence, which is integrated by the detector to obtain the content of the substance to be tested in this spot area.
Main Features:
1.Simple operation: Thin layer chromatography can be obtained directly, without the need to add color or divide the area after expansion;
2.Wide range of applications: it can directly detect a large number of organic compounds, including samples with higher boiling points that are difficult to use in gas chromatography;
3.High efficiency: Ten chromatographic rods can be detected separately in one operation, and the time required for each sample is only 30 seconds, and 60 samples can be detected a day;
4.Low cost: The chromatographic stick can be used repeatedly, generally 70-100 times, and only a small amount of solvent is needed for the expansion process;
5.Easy to quantify: 2 kinds of data processing systems, optional. Calculate the average value of each analyzed sample and the corresponding peak position, and print the result;
6.Environmental protection and health: Because toluene is used as the solvent and the amount of J is small, the damage to the human body is greatly reduced, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
