The spring fatigue testing machine is driven by a motor and a reducer connected with a cam to drive the connecting rod to make a reciprocating motion to realize the compression motion of the spring.

Maintenance

1. When the spring testing machine is in operation, especially when unloading, don't let go, so as not to produce violent vibration and affect the accuracy of the testing machine.
2. Lubricating oil should be frequently added to the lifting rack of the testing machine and the pressure injection oil cups.
3. After the testing machine is used, it should be covered with a protective cloth to prevent dust from falling into the machine.
4. In order to protect personal safety, the testing machine should be properly grounded.
