The real-time PCR instrument consists of a fluorescence quantitative system and a computer to monitor the fluorescence in the cycle process. The data is displayed in the form of charts through the developed real-time analysis software.
Currently, fluorescent quantitative PCR detection technology can be used to quantitatively determine pathogens such as Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, human papillomavirus, herpes simplex virus and cytomegalovirus.
