External Fiber-Optic Monochromatic Pyrometer


The external fiber-optic monochromatic pyrometer is an instrument used for non-contact, high-precision temperature measurement in extremely harsh industrial environments.

It is particularly suitable for situations where traditional temperature measurement methods (such as thermocouples) cannot function, or where operators cannot easily access high-temperature areas with strong electromagnetic interference, etc.

The core purpose of this pyrometer is to achieve accurate temperature measurement in harsh environments. The following are some of its typical application scenarios:

Metallurgy and metal processing – used to measure the temperature of metals during processes such as steelmaking, hot rolling, forging, heat treatment, etc.

Semiconductor and solar energy – used in stages that demand extremely high purity and precise temperature control, such as monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon production.

Special heating processes – particularly suitable for use in strong electromagnetic field environments, e.g., medium-frequency and high-frequency induction heating equipment.

 

Other high-temperature applications – such as cement kilns, precision casting, welding, industrial furnaces, etc.

● Supports up to 20 temperature probes in a multi-point network;
