The battery cell activation instrument is a special equipment for activation of 2V, 6V or 12V valve-regulated lead-acid batteries whose capacity is lagging due to sulfation crystallization of the plates.

The instrument can check the discharge test according to the actual situation of different backward batteries, three-stage automatic charging, or set multiple cycles to charge and discharge the battery multiple times to activate the active material of the battery's failed plate and increase the capacity of the backward battery.
