The bacteria collector is a supporting facility for the one-time use of a fully enclosed bacteria collector incubator. The test product is subjected to positive pressure filtration through the directional peristaltic pressure of the bacteria collector and cultured in the filter to check whether the test product contains bacteria.
The test product is continuously injected into the bacteria collection incubator through the sampling pipeline, and the down pressure formed in the bacteria collection incubator is used to filter through the microporous filter membrane. The microorganisms that may exist in the test product are intercepted and collected on the filter membrane. The antibacterial components of the test product are removed by washing the filter membrane. Then inject the required culture medium directly into the bacteria collection incubator through the sampling pipeline, and place it at the specified temperature for cultivation, and observe whether there is bacteria growth.
